Can I start for free?

Yes. The planning sections are free; TOK and CAS are fully free.

Is payment a subscription?

No. A subject unlock is £9.99 once, or the Diploma Pass is £24.99 once. There is no automatic renewal.

Can I use another device?

Sign in with the same account to access your purchase and supported cloud-saved drafts. Export a backup before changing browser storage or deleting an account.

How long does an unlock last?

It is for your own Diploma studies. We currently set no automatic expiry on purchased unlocks. See the Terms for the meaning of “for the whole Diploma”.

What if payment worked but my tool is still locked?

Wait briefly and refresh while signed in to the account you used at checkout. If access is missing, contact us with your receipt reference.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

See our refund and cancellation policy. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content remain.

Will IA Studio write my work or guarantee a mark?

No. The prompts help you structure and explain your own research and reasoning. Follow your school's rules and the current official IB guide.
